In March 2020, The Department of Human Resources for the Electronic Government of Ras Al Khaimah, launched MAWAREDNA project. Its main objective is to manage the human resources capital of Ras Al-Khaimah using the latest SAP cloud technology. Therefore this project was built-on SAP SuccessFactors and its diverse modules:

- Recruiting Marketing
- and Analytics
In fact, the launch of MAWAREDNA project falls under the wise leadership of the United Arab Emirates, which announced 2020 the year of preparation for the FiFTY. Moreover, it aims at setting a solid base in the digital transformation of Ras Al-Khaimah; starting from a futuristic innovative vision using the best practices in the Human Resources world.
For this implementation, the Department of Human Resources of the Electronic Government of Ras Al Khaimah collaborated with Tyconz; SAP’s award recognized partner in MENA.
